Οργάνωση, Παρουσίαση και Αξιολόγηση Μικροδιδασκαλίας

H

μικροδιδασκαλία είναι μία εκπαιδευτική μέθοδος που στοχεύει στη διασύνδεση της θεωρίας με την πράξη και κατ’ επέκταση στην ενίσχυση της μαθησιακής διαδικασίας. Πρόκειται για μια μικρογραφία ενός κανονικού μαθήματος, το οποίο αντί να πραγματοποιείται ενώπιον ενός πραγματικού ακροατηρίου, πραγματοποιείται ενώπιον της ομάδας των εκπαιδευομένων. Ο εκπαιδευόμενος έχει τη δυνατότητα να θέσει υπό την κριτική των συνεκπαιδευομένων του, που λειτουργεί ως ομάδα κριτικών παρατηρητών, μία μέθοδο διδασκαλίας για ένα θέμα της επιλογής του, στην οποία εφαρμόζει όσα έμαθε στη θεωρία. Το πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι αυτό πραγματοποιείται σε ένα ασφαλές περιβάλλον, στο οποίο τα όποια ενδεχόμενα λάθη και οι όποιες ενδεχόμενες αδυναμίες και παραλείψεις εντοπίζονται και μπορούν να αντιμετωπιστούν και να διορθωθούν.

Ο διπλός ρόλος, δηλαδή αυτός του εκπαιδευτή (που παρουσιάζει τη μικροδιδασκαλία) και του εκπαιδευόμενου (που παρατηρεί κριτικά τις μικροδιδασκαλίες των υπολοίπων), λειτουργεί καταλυτικά στη διαμόρφωση μιας σφαιρικής άποψης για την αποτελεσματική διδασκαλία.
