Το πρόσωπο της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης έχει αλλάξει. Σύμφωνα με διεθνείς έρευνες η χρήση του e-learning από το 2001 έως σήμερα έχει τριπλασιαστεί ενώ αντίστοιχα η εκπαίδευση στην αίθουσα έχει μειωθεί κατά 20%.

Δεν είναι πλέον εφικτό να αναπτύσσουμε το ανθρώπινο κεφάλαιο της εταιρίας μας με μια μόνο μέθοδο. Οδηγός για εκπαιδευτές «ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης» (e-Learning)

ου Κωνσταντίνου Μπουρλετίδη (Ειδ. Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών)

Είναι περιττό να αναλύσουμε τη χρησιμότητα του e-Learning στη σύγχρονη προσέγγιση της δια βίου μάθησης και κατάρτισης. Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί όμως ότι και στην ηλεκτρονική μάθηση σημαντικοί παράγοντες και μεταβλητές της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας είναι οι δύο συνιστώσες του ανθρώπινου παράγοντα: «εκπαιδευτής» και «εκπαιδευόμενος» και όχι τα LMS (Learning Management Systems), τα Authoring Tools, και γενικότερα τα εργαλεία πληροφορικής, μέσω των οποίων δημιουργείται περιεχόμενο και διενεργείται η εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία (e-learning). Αυτά θα πρέπει να θεωρούνται πλέον δεδομένα.

Δεν υποτιμούμε τις λύσεις που προσφέρει η εκπαιδευτική τεχνολογία στην δημιουργία ενός περιβάλλοντος ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης όμως και το καλύτερο τεχνολογικά αυτοκίνητο δεν κινείται εάν δεν υπάρχει οδηγός. Στην περίπτωση της ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης ο «οδηγός» είναι ο «εκπαιδευτής», σε αντίθεση ενδεχομένως με τις συμβατικές μορφές εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης, όπου απουσιάζει η χρήση των νέων τεχνολογιών και τον ρόλο του «οδηγού» αναλαμβάνει το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό.

Οι βασικές αρχές πάνω στις οποίες ο εκπαιδευτής ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης θα πρέπει να στηριχθεί είναι οι εξής:

(α) Edutainment = Education + Entertainment. Η εκπαίδευση μέσω e-Learning πρέπει να είναι ενδιαφέρουσα και εντέλει ψυχαγωγική, σε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό από την παραδοσιακή εκπαίδευση στην τάξη.

(β) To improve not to prove: Η αξιολόγηση των εκπαιδευόμενων δεν έχει στόχο να αποδείξουν ότι γνωρίζουν το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό, αλλά να βελτιώσουν τις ικανότητες τους και να αναπτύξουν νέες, πράγμα που δεν θα μπορούσαν το ίδιο εύκολα να επιτύχουν στην παραδοσιακή αίθουσα διδασκαλίας...

ηλεκτρονική τάξη του edmodo αποτελεί μία εξαιρετική εφαρμογή για εξ αποστάσεως διδασκαλία και όχι μόνο. Η δημιουργία και διαχείριση της ηλεκτρονικής τάξης είναι ιδιαίτερα απλή ως διαδικασία, ενώ τα πλεονεκτήματα που προσφέρει είναι πολλά. Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω τα σημαντικότερα:

1. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα για δημιουργία τάξεων διαφορετικού γνωστικού επιπέδου, από Α΄δημοτικού έως πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης

2. Η σύνδεση των μαθητών - εκπαιδευομένων ΔΕΝ απαιτεί email και ως εκ τούτου ενδείκνυται για μαθητές δημοτικού και ανήλικους γενικότερα

3. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα για υποβολή εργασιών με βάση χρονοδιάγραμμα, βαθμολογία των εργασιών και όλα αυτά ηλεκτρονικά

4. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα για υποβολή quiz και ψηφοφοριών

5. Δίνεται η δυνατότητα στους γονείς να συνδέονται με ξεχωριστό κωδικό και ως διαφορετικοί χρήστες

6. Μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ως ένα πολύ περιορισμένο και απόλυτα ελεγχόμενο facebook

Αγαπητές/οί συνάδελφοι,

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στην Ηλεκτρονική Κοινότητα Εκπαιδευτικών Πληροφορικής 2 (ΗΚΕΠ2.0). Το πρόγραμμα αυτό σχεδιάστηκε από την Ομάδα Ηλεκτρονικής Μάθησης του Τμήματος Κοινωνικής και Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου, με την επιστημονική καθοδήγηση του Αναπληρωτή Καθηγητή Αθανάσιου Τζιμογιάννη και αποτελεί τον δεύτερο κύκλο αντίστοιχης δράσης της περασμένης ακαδημαϊκής χρονιάς.

Έχει ως στόχο

την παιδαγωγική υποστήριξη των εκπαιδευτικών Πληροφορικής για την εφαρμογή των νέων Προγραμμάτων Σπουδών Πληροφορικής-ΤΠΕ στο Γυμνάσιο και στο Δημοτικό, αξιοποιώντας τεχνολογίες και μεθόδους ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης (e-learning).

τη δημιουργία, ανάπτυξη και υποστήριξη μιας Ηλεκτρονικής Κοινότητας Εκπαιδευτικών Πληροφορικής, η οποία θα συνδιαμορφώνει, θα μοιράζεται, θα σχεδιάζει και θα αξιολογεί εκπαιδευτικό υλικό, διδακτικές παρεμβάσεις, εκπαιδευτικά σενάρια, εμπειρίες και κάθε στοιχείο, το οποίο θα μπορούσε να συμβάλλει στην αποτελεσματικότητα ενός σύγχρονου Προγράμματος Σπουδών.

Have you heard of the free Microsoft Learning Content Development System? We’ve just updated it to version 2.5, which now supports more complex content, and is Firefox and Silverlight 4 compatible. It is a free tool that lets you create high-quality, interactive, online courses, and publish them in SCORM 1.2 packages (exactly what your Learning Platforms like to consume!).

It allows you to publish e-learning courses by completing the easy-to-use forms that seamlessly generate highly customised Silverlight-based content, interactive activities, quizzes, games, assessments, animations, demos, and other multimedia. And you can create a course structure that is easily rearranged at any time.

It’s the system we use internally to create all of the courseware for our various Microsoft qualifications, including the Microsoft IT Academy courses, and we also make it available free of charge for customers to use...

If you are looking for ways for your staff to create structured courses for their curriculum materials, and make them available on your learning platform or SharePoint system then it is worth investigating. MOS Solo offers a way for users to create content on the go without having to rely on a constant Internet connection. Even though they are using an offline content creation tool, they do not lose any of the functionality or power to create their multimedia content.

QuickLessons Authoring Tool by QuickLessons LLC
QuickLessons was built from the ground up to be a completely SaaS based content authoring tool, requiring the user to only have access to a web-browser. QuickLessons comes equipped with quizzes, games, characters, out-of-the-box animations and other customizable content to allow users to create truly unique and interactive flash-based content to meet their needs. Users can either use QuickLessons for free, publishing their content only to Facebook, or they can buy an individual, corporate or academic account.

Scratch by MIT Media Lab
From what we can gather from their website, Scratch is a creative tool that helps users create content that is beyond the barriers of traditional page-turners. Scratch users can create interactive stories, animation, music, and art, then share their creations on the web.

xtimeline by Famento Inc
xtimeline is a tool that allows users to create timeline based content for free. Users can also share their timelines with other users, creating a community.

Πρόγραμμα Εξ'Αποστάσεως (e-learning)
Επιμόρφωσης Αποφοίτων και Επαγγελματιών Πληροφορικής σε Σύγχρονες
Διαδραστικές Τεχνολογίες και Εφαρμογές διοργανώνει το Τμήμα Μηχανικών
Σχεδίασης Προϊόντων & Συστημάτων/DPSDE του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου.

Το Πρόγραμμα θα διεξαχθεί από 8/10/2012 έως 27/1/2013 και χωρίζεται σε δύο
περιόδους με 5 επιμέρους διδακτικές ενότητες.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχων μπορεί να παρακολουθήσει το πλήρες πρόγραμμα ή να
διαμορφώσει το δικό του προσωπικό υποσύνολο επιλέγοντας μόνο μερικές
ενότητες.

Στις εγγραφές τηρείται Σειρά Προτεραιτότητας και οι ενδιαφερόμενοι που θα
κάνουν Προεγγραφή έως 31 Ιουλίου θα έχουν έκπτωση 10% επί των διδάκτρων.

Το Πρόγραμμα διεξάγεται σε συνεργασία με το
Τμήμα Πολιτισμικής Τεχνολογίας & Επικοινωνίας και το
Παιδαγωγικό Τμήμα Δημοτικής Εκπαίδευσης
του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου.
